How to do this pose:
Also known as the “Waist Rotation” this pose is perfect for beginners! Stand straight up in your hot tub, with you feet hip-width apart. Reach both arms in front of you and using your torso, start turning left, remembering to keep arms straight out. Once you have completed this rotation, repeat this for the other side.
