Beachcomber Customer Satisfaction

Learning about what our customers want and how they feel about our product is important to us. We believe in providing all of our customers a voice to let us know what we’re doing right and what we could be doing better. Quality companies make it a point to be very invested in the habits and interests of their customers.

We also rely heavily on industry studies as well as industry statistics and information. This information gives us great insight into how we can better serve our customer moving forward.

Below are some examples of the things we’ve learned from our customers over the years.

  1. 98% of our customers would recommend buying a Beachcomber Hot Tub to their friends or family.
  2. The top three ways that our customers find us are through referrals from other owners, our websites, and finally through our community special events. We’re extremely proud that over a third of our owners were referred by a friend.
  3. 31% of our customers did not even look at another brand aside from Beachcomber. The quality and craftsmanship of our tubs speaks for itself.
  4. 84% of our customers rated their overall hot tub ownership experience as “The Best”.
  5. When asked about choosing Beachcomber over other brands, our customers said it was our product quality, design/seating, energy efficiency and the Hybrid3® option that made the difference.
